Here's Bipin's Jeera Masala cooked to perfection, finished off with touch of single cream folded in. Its heavenly. Went down well with a little plain boiled rise with a nub of butter and little fresh green salad. Took 1 minute to prepare and 30 mins on cooker. Deep borad spectrum of falvours and aroma, its true of surti cooking. Yum Yum.
