King Prawn Surti Masala - with a touch cream




Very Easy to make Surti King Prawn masala. Its deadly effective. Only added ingredient is red and green bell pepers. Cooked till just soft and fold in single cream. King prawns go in last, simply warm through. One Surti Masala plus ~500g of king prawns, plus ~150ml-200ml of single clream serves 6 people. Goes well with rise and little fresh green leaf salad.
