Devil Eggs - went down a teat on New Years Eve





I used a small amount of the Surti Masala to make these Devil Eggs in no time. Simply boiled a dozen free range eggs. Halved them and thinly spread Surti Masala over the cut surface. Grilled for 5 minutes on full heat. Ready to go. People absolutely loved it. Give it a go takes very little time to prepare and serves a real authentic party food.
